We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.

 

We reserve the right to charge you for any missed appointment or canceling your appointment without a minimum of 48 hours notice.

 

Appointments canceled with in 48 hours will result in a charge of 50% of the quoted service cost or the minimum service cost listed for your desired service (whichever applies to your situation).

 

We also reserve the right to charge the cancellation fee if you are more then 10 minutes late for your appointment.

If you are late or cancel with out 48 hour notice 2 or more times I may refuse you as a client or require you to come as a walk in.

Not confirming the appointment through the system does not cancel your appointment.
